Once we receive your completed affiliate referral signup request form we will notify you via email if accepted into our referral program and forward you our affiliate agreement.Upon receipt of your fully completed signup request form you will be contacted via email by a senior representative within 24 hours (not including Saturday and Sunday) regarding your affiliate sign up request.
